Non-Regulatory Notice
The Asian African Cricket Council (AACC) is not a governing authority for cricket. The Council does not issue binding rules, regulations, sanctions, codes of conduct, or directives applicable to national cricket boards, leagues, associations, clubs, players, coaches, officials, or any other individuals or entities.
The AACC has no regulatory, disciplinary or enforcement powers. It cannot sanction, suspend, ban, certify, accredit, or regulate any individual or organisation in the cricket ecosystem.
The AACC operates solely as a facilitative, advisory and collaborative institutional platform in accordance with its founding Charter. Any use of AACC materials, logos, or institutional name to represent regulatory or quasi-regulatory authority is unauthorised and misleading.
Relationship with AACL
The Asian African Cricket League (AACL) is a structurally separate commercial entity. The AACC provides institutional oversight to AACL in accordance with their governance agreement — this does not make AACC a commercial sports property or a regulatory body for AACL participants.
