Governance Architecture

The Council operates through a seven-tier governance structure that ensures institutional stability, continuity, transparency and operational efficiency.

Non-Regulatory Notice: The Asian African Cricket Council (AACC) is not a governing authority for cricket. The AACC does not issue binding rules, regulations, sanctions or directives applicable to national cricket boards, leagues, associations, clubs, players or officials. The AACC operates solely as a facilitative, advisory and collaborative institutional platform.

Governing Council

Led by permanent Founding Offices, the Governing Council is the principal deliberative body of the Asian African Cricket Council.

The highest institutional authority of the AACC. Permanent ex-officio Chair of the Governing Council. Exercises casting vote in the event of deadlock.

Membership applications are reviewed by the Membership Committee and considered in accordance with Article XII of the AACC Charter. Admission requires dual affirmative consent of both Founding Offices.
