Anti-Corruption & Integrity
The AACC is committed to the highest standards of institutional integrity. The Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) operates with full independence to investigate and address integrity concerns.
Non-Regulatory Notice: The Asian African Cricket Council (AACC) is not a governing authority for cricket. The AACC does not issue binding rules, regulations, sanctions or directives applicable to national cricket boards, leagues, associations, clubs, players or officials. The AACC operates solely as a facilitative, advisory and collaborative institutional platform.
Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU)
The AACC Anti-Corruption Unit operates independently of the Secretariat. It receives, investigates and acts on integrity concerns relating to the activities of the Council and its stakeholders in accordance with the AACC Anti-Corruption Policy.
Independence
The ACU operates independently of the Secretariat and reports directly to the Founding Offices. No conflict of interest is permitted in ACU investigations.
Confidentiality
All reports are treated with strict confidentiality. Anonymous reports are accepted. Reporter identity is protected at all times.
No Retaliation
The AACC has zero tolerance for retaliation against any person who reports an integrity concern in good faith.
Scope
The ACU covers corruption, match manipulation, abuse of power, conflicts of interest and other integrity violations within the AACC's institutional sphere.
